Major Brandon Bush is an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies and Recruiting Officer at Detachment 465, The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, Nebraska. He is responsible for recruiting, educating, training and commissioning officers in the USAF and USSF.

Maj Bush enlisted in the Navy in 2002, serving as an Aviation Warfare System Operator for six years. Flying the Navy’s premier ISR platform as a Naval Aircrewman, Maj Bush made three deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He commissioned from the AFROTC program at Montana State University in 2014. Maj Bush is a seasoned Nuclear and Missile Operations Officer, who held numerous leadership and technical expert positions. Prior to his current assignment he served as the Operations Flight Commander at the University of Mississippi's ROTC detachment.
